IN THE WSC COMMUNITY!

At the WSC, it takes a big team to make the everyday activities of the club run! With over 1700 registered members in our organization, scheduling fields, fundraising, special event planning and participation, customer service, help desk, registration, and team assignments are only a few of the club activities that need a strong team.

Get Involved In the WSC. Each year players can help out by getting involved in club activities and functions for 4 hours a year (from January 1st to November 1st). Thanks to members getting involved in previous years, our organization has grown to where it is today. Asking for 4 hours a year is a small commitment per player, but has a huge impact on the club's success. Buyout will be assigned November 01, 2010.

It's ok if you do not have 4 hours available, you have the option to simply pay $50 toward the program in place of 4 Get Involved hours.

Did you volunteer or participate in a WSC event in 2009?

Good news, your hours will cover you through October 2010. Watch for more details to come!! Buyout for 2009 hours not required. Buyout fees will be assigned 11-01-2010 if the four GI hours have not been filled during this time. Every member signed up to play a session of  8 games a year or more, can choose to Get Involved! with the WSC for 4 hours in 2009 or in 2010 to complete the program or elect to buyout for $50. Buyout fees will be asigned on November 1, 2010 if the four GI hours have not been met. We will assume then that you are electing to buyout.

The Xavier Kids Camps were successful! The kids had a great time and learned a lot. Interested in participating next year as one of the many kids coachs/assistants?

THE 5K Fun Run/Walk on Aug 21 was also successful. Interested in participating next year? High Stakes Night is coming up in March 2010.

• Attending High Stakes Night with your friends
• Purchasing 5 raffle tickets to win one of three awesome prizes
• Purchasing an ad in program booklet for $50+
  
• Recruiting a sponsor
• Becoming a member of the planning team
• Soliciting Silent Auction items
• Donating a $10 + bottle of wine
