HELP WANTED

Columbia St. Mary's is currently looking for a Senior Planning Analyst meeting following criteria. The analyst is responsible for research, analysis, maintenance of data and information, preparation of reports, coordination of planning efforts, and assisting with business plan development in support of business development opportunities within the Columbia St. Mary's hospital system.

Specifically, the analyst:

• Conducts research and performs market analysis, financial analysis, and demographic analysis in support of planning and business development
• Investigates, researches and benchmarks topics related to new service lines and programs
• In collaboration with other CSM resources, coordinates planning efforts for new and existing service lines and clinical programs, with the result of developing a business plan
• Investigates and analyzes future clinical and technological trends, identifying areas for potential program development
• Coordinates the completion of RFIs to include the compilation of internal data and information for external consultants or payers, within a timely manner

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Planning, Library Sciences or other related field
• Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, planning, or operations is required
