Requirements and Opportunities

• Required to have a numbered jersey with alternate color
• WSC members receive a communication club e-Newsletter with safe unsubscribe if you don't want to receive it.
  
• GetInvolved! for 4 hours per year by attending a fun club sponsored event or have fun helping with minimal tasks. OR if you prefer, you can buyout for $50

Soccer Sportsmanship Agreement: I agree to observe good sportsmanship and to adhere to basic safety rules at all times. I understand that this is a teaching club which is open to all levels of play. I agree to behave in a manner keeping with the Mission Statement and the Organizational Goals of the Women's Soccer Club. I understand that if I do not adhere to the club rules, I will be released from the WSC.

• New players will be placed on a waiting list if there are no spots open on teams in your league or division of choice. New players to soccer or coming back to soccer after many years are encouraged to join a skills clinic while they are waiting to be placed on a team to either learn the game and practice the skills or brush up on skills before starting their first game.
• Players may join as a team or as an individual.
• New players can join a team mid-session if a spot opens up.
• Skill building & goalkeeping clinics are available in both the indoor and the outdoor seasons to promote individual player proficiency in fieldwork as well as goal tending.
  
• When joining the WSC, it is encouraged that all players seek medical clearance BEFORE joining the club.
• When assigned to a team as an individual, the member has a two week period to determine if the assigned team is the right fit with regards to level of play and "team mojo". If it is found NOT to be a correct fit, the captain, the player, or a club representative may request a team transfer after the two week period to another team within the WSC.
  
• Our goal is to ensure that all players receive the full benefit of playing soccer in the correct division within their league of choice. Captains, players or club representative may initiate any team transfers at each 8 week session break.
